I have to share a great service experience with Laird Noller. My family and I were visiting family in Kansas, and our daughter drove in from college to meet us. We were headed for home (7 hours away) when her Mazda3 started having issues. We limped into the service center, and they got the diagnostic underway quickly. Luckily, it was a reasonably straightforward fix, but we were in and out in just over an hour. Right before Thanksgiving, I was expecting the worst in terms of schedule, but they allowed us to get home with only a minor delay. My family and I can't thank the service staff at Laird Noller enough.

Noller Hyundai in Topeka is a two-hour drive from my home. My local dealer in Wichita quoted $2,500 more for the same model that I found at Noller. I was able to negotiate the price with Noller Hyundai, and Aidan from the sales team arranged my purchasing process smoothly. I highly recommend Noller Hyundai. Do your homework before you visit and negotiate the price; I am sure you will get fair rates from Noller Hyundai in Topeka.

First GOOD experience at a dealership. The salesman we worked with (John) was knowledgeable and upfront regarding any fees. The finance specialist, Shawn, was also knowledgeable and explained all options, warranties, etc. Overall the dealership was fair in their vehicle pricing. This dealership is an hour and a half from us, but we would go back based on the experience.
